How does sizing run?
Our tees and hoodies are printed on standard unisex blanks that run true to size. If you're between sizes or like a looser fit, go up one. Each product page lists the blank so you can check the size chart directly.
How is it printed?
Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing — the same process used for premium custom apparel. Colors are bold and the print holds up through regular washing. Cold wash, tumble low, and it'll last.
When does it ship?
Because everything is printed when you order, production takes 3–5 business days before it goes out. After that, standard US transit time. You'll get a tracking email once it ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Free US shipping on orders over $50; a flat rate for smaller orders. Everything ships from a US facility.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet — US addresses only for now.
What if the size is wrong or something isn't right?
Unused, unopened items can be returned within 30 days (buyer-paid return shipping for wrong-size/change-of-mind). If it arrived damaged or misprinted, email hello@haulandholler.com within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you — no need to ship it back. Full details on the Returns page.
Can I wash it normally?
Yes. Cold wash inside-out, tumble dry low. Avoid bleach and high heat — the print will thank you.
Where do the design ideas come from?
From people who actually know the road. We work with drivers and their families, and the jokes have to land on someone who's actually dealt with a 14-hour clock, a surprise scale, or a dispatcher who's never left the office.

The formal versions live at shipping, returns, privacy, and terms.
