These terms cover your use of haulandholler.com and your purchases from Haul & Holler. By placing an order, you agree to them. We've kept them short and in plain English on purpose.

Orders & payment

• Prices are in US dollars. Free shipping applies to orders over $50; a flat rate applies below that. Sales tax is added at checkout where required.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• We may cancel and refund an order if we can't fulfill it — you'll hear from us if that happens.

Shipping, refunds & replacements

Shipping terms are on the shipping page. If something arrives with a print issue or just isn't right, our refund policy applies: email us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you.

The product

Our products are physical apparel and accessories, printed on demand and sold as-is. Use them as intended. Nothing on this site is medical advice or professional guidance of any kind.

• Content on this site (words, images, designs, branding) belongs to Haul & Holler. Please don't reuse it commercially without asking.
• The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise perfection.

Liability & disputes

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Haul & Holler operates.
